INSTANT SADHANA

A Sādhanā is a quest at the end of which the seeker is supposed to reach a spiritual realization therefore occuring in some hypothetical future time. Yet, like a mirage in the desert, for many seekers this realisation seems always further or like for Govinda in Herman Hess novel 'Siddhartha' it can well never happen. Since the spiritual realization means the end of our though-identity, it is comfortable for this fake and usurpative identity to, consciously or not, postpone this realization always further on the virtual stream of Time.
Indeed, since Reality is only met at the always renewed tip of the Present Instant, Time is what is preventing us to awaken to BEING in us, or Reality's INFINITE ISness, which is what we embrace on a spiritual path. There's no way for us to meet with what we ARE in the past or in the future, but only in the Present Instant. And of course no spiritual realization can take place if we are not consciously present to what we Really ARE now.
The human BEING's unity is made of two parts. The human part which is made of limits, and the BEING part which is Reality's INFINITE ISness. And just like a butterfly needs its two wings to fly, a human BEING's good functioning implies that we ARE fully conscious of our two parts, human and BEING. Now, no matter how damaged can be our human part by more or less violent experiences, and no matter with how much unresolved pains this human part is still loaded, by remaining at the tip of the Present Instant we remove the screen of our thought-identity and dis-cover the Reality of who we ARE at that precise moment.
This is only when we retrieve our BEING part, which is pure consciousness, that our human part engages into a natural healing process. But the good news is we do not need to totally heal our human part in order to experience our BEING part. What we must realize is that: perfection, which is the wholeness of INFINITY's ISness, always includes the imperfection of the forms through which it expresses itself. Therefore let's not be too captivated by our Sādhanā since realization can occur at each step of its path and we can awaken to the INFINITY of Reality's ISness right where we are. And we actually ARE at every step, no matter the degree of deterioration our human part can be suffering.
INFINITY has no kind of size or limit or shape, and therefore it can embrace all. It is absolutely one with the dust through which it expresses itself, so pure it is.
The only thing we have to do in our Sādhanā is to stop identifying with our thoughts and for this to happen the OBSERVATION of what IS in the Present Instant is a sufficient and immediate practice.
In the name of humility do not refuse INFINITY because the shape in which it presents itself to you doesn't suits your thought-identity's expectations.
