HERE & NOW.

Everyday, roughly 100.000 jetliners and private planes are flying throughout the World. To this we can add the military flights for which we have no figure. Knowing a jetliner produces about 244 pounds of CO2 for each mile, I let you calculate the damage caused to the atmosphere by our incessant travelling.

Also, this CO2 diffused in high atmosphere cannot be immediately captured by the forests and the oceans. It remains floatting in the space right away available for the greenhouse effect.

The image is shocking because if we would INTENTIONALLY generate the greenhouse and its consequent global warming and climate change, we couldn't find a better technique.

Imagine all these planes going and coming, spreading day after day their poison, CO2, which causes Earth's fever. It really seems we're poisoning our planet on purpose.

I'm not expecting that people, likewise Bodhidharma, remain meditating facing a wall for 9 years yet, knowing the challenge posed by global warming they shouldn't travel so much when it is not absolutely necessary. Humankind's movements watched from the sky by extraterrestrial entities might seem totally hysterical and berserk. This is why they will never visit us. No cosmic tourism until we calm down.

Usually people are moving in such a frantic way when they try containing an urgentissimo pee. I think most of humans' activity today aims at containing not pee but unresolved pains from which society doesn't help the release. Identification with thoughts is the lid that keeps the pressure blocked inside us. But since we've built our whole society upon identification with thoughts, we've lost the discharge gate.

We should remain in our place as much as we can and dig Reality's essence within us instead of running everywhere like beheaded chickens. Everything is found right here, right now, and nowhere else. We are too much moving on the surface of Reality, like ice drifts on a hot stove, and not enough exploring Reality's depth in us. And this is a shame because when we return to BEING in us we retrieve this PEACE, this JOY, and this LOVE, for which we travel so far away yet mostly in vain.
