The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation(SCO), or Shanghai Pact, is a Eurasian political, economic, and security organisation, where PM Narendra Modi, Chinese President Xi Jinping, President Vladimir Putin, President Rouhani and many other leaders of the world give a lesson to the West.
