THE WORLD WHERE WE JUST ARE
Thoughts are not a problem per se, they become a problem when we identify with them and cannot stop thinking even for one minute. Our brain has two main functions. On the one hand it works a bit like a computer and memorizes all the events of our life including the knowledge we learn from our parents, from school and university, from the media, their information and propaganda, etc. On the other hand, our brain is plugged into the INFINITE consciousness that is the essence of Reality. Because it is INFINITE, we ARE (like everything else) this conscious essence. But whenever necessary we can consult our inbuilt and cognitive computer and use the knowledge it has memorized. But we ARE not this memorized knowledge, no more than we ARE our smartphone for instance.
