The human body is a marvel of sophistication and particularly its brain. Yet, the grandeur of the human BEING resides in our BEING part which "IS" Reality's INFINITE essence and this "ISness" is, by definition, a conscious experience. Therefore it suffice that we remove the lid of identification with thoughts from BEING's window in us for our whole body to be illuminated by INFINITY's Light and our behavior to be reintegrated into Nature's great harmony. At some point you'll have to face the fact that you are identified with your thoughts and that thoughts are enclosing you into their kind of electro-cognitive screen that hides BEING in you.
