OBSERVE YOUR THOUGHTS

Image
The human body is a marvel of sophistication and particularly its brain. Yet, the grandeur of the human BEING resides in our BEING part which "IS" Reality's INFINITE essence and this "ISness" is, by definition, a conscious experience. Therefore it suffice that we remove the lid of identification with thoughts from BEING's window in us for our whole body to be illuminated by INFINITY's Light and our behavior to be reintegrated into Nature's great harmony. At some point you'll have to face the fact that you are identified with your thoughts and that thoughts are enclosing you into their kind of electro-cognitive screen that hides BEING in you. At least acknowledge you cannot stop thinking, even for one tiny little minute. I'm sorry to tell you this so abruptly but you are imprisoned by your thoughts my friend. Thoughts will certainely NOT free us from their fake identity so easily. Neither will they free us from the thought-systems they bu

MAYA

MAYA. माया In the Vedas, the term Maya has the same meaning as the term Prajñā, which can be translated by something like: the conscious, INFINITE and vital no-thing that is the essence to everything. Since conscious and vital no-thing is aspect of INFINITY, those who have experienced what I'm talking about would only need me to speak about INFINITY, spreading through its limited manifestations. For the Advaita Vedanta the term Maya means the illusion of the forms through which the conscious, INFINITE and vital no-thing expresses itself. Yet, these two apparently different meanings given by the Vedas on the one hand and by the Advaita Vedanta on the other, are not contradictory. Their complementarity is curiously explained by Quantum Physics that demonstrates the INFINITY of Reality's essence (Alain Aspect Experiment). INFINITY "IS" everything. Yet, this "ISness" by definition implies an experience that necessitates consciousness. Indeed, either

THE BODY-TEMPLE

The idea that the human body should be regarded as the Temple of God finds its origin in the mists of time and manifests itself through many spiritualities worldwide. The Rig Veda says for instance: “The human body is the temple of God. Whoever unveils the Light of consciousness within gets the true Light. There, the sacred flame of our inner BEING is constantly bright. The experience of unity which is the fulfillment of human endeavors, renders evident The mystery of LIFE”. The Tao Te Ching also says: "The Great Tao is always Present within you. You can use it any way you want". (Chapter 6). Again, in Christianity we find the same kind of affirmation. Paul says in the Corinthians, 6:19: "Don't you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, which lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to your "thought"self". When we withdraw from identification with thoughts, which is the most fundamental and widespr

THE SOURCE IS EVERYWHERE.

Using limited terms in an attempt to talk about going beyond limits is near mission impossible. By definition you cannot speak about the "INFINITY" quality of BEING no more than you can describe the taste of a strawberry for instance. Yet, if I give you a strawberry you immediately recognize its taste, right ? Same with INFINITY. Just observe this moment and consciously sink into its essence. Become the moment itself, observe it, feel it, breathe it. BE there, without interpreting your experience through your thoughts. Yet, if thoughts invite themselves and fly around in the moment's space, observe them just like you would notice the noise of a mosquito. But don't be hooked by your thoughts, don't let them hypnotize your brain. Remain FREE, unattached and conscious of the moment and its constant renewal, in your body and all around. By this mere observation allow the moment to settle and let yourself fall into the bottomless pit of BEING inside. As you
