DISTRACTING FROM WHAT ?
Our CO2 emissions are rising every year and have already reached 400 ppm. Yet, while we do not find the financing for a change of energy, which is crucial for Humankind, and there's no time left, we spend every year thousands and thousands of billion dollars for our amusements and distrations of all kinds, including sport, tourism, music, movies, DVDs, computergames and te chnological gadgets, but also products that disconnect us from Reality like alcohol, drugs, antidepressants, etc., etc. The question is: from what do we need to distract ourselves so much that we jeopardize Humankind's survival for that ? The answer is, there are pains too big to be consciously encountered mostly by the fetus, the new born baby and the young child. These pains remain hidden in us, unresolved, and disconnect us from our inner Reality they have contaminated. Since then on we find refuge into a fake self, made of thoughts with which we identify.
